چکیده
Red chili pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is one of the most widely cultivated commodities in Indonesia. However, until now production was never covering public’s demand. plants are susceptible to disease caused by infection Fusarium oxyporum (Fox) fungi, causing a decrease plants’ production. Fungicide usage control Fox can cause resistance pathogen. The eco-friendly way could be achieved utilizing magnetic field. This research arranged using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with combination between 0,2 mT field induction and consist (M0); for 7 minutes 48 seconds (M7); 15 36 (M15); as well seed that without (F0) infected 60 (F60). Each test unit repeated 5 times.

Polygalacturonase inhibitor protein from fruits of anthracnose resistant and susceptible varieties of Chilli (Capsicum annuum L).
Chilli fruit is highly susceptible to anthracnose infection at the stage of harvest maturity, due to which the fruit yield in the leading commercial variety Byadgi is severely affected. Field studies on screening of several varieties for resistance to anthracnose have shown that a variety of chilli AR-4/99K is resistant to anthracnose infection. In many crops, resistance to fungal attack has be...

A comparison of the effectiveness and efficiency of gamma rays and ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) for inducing mutation in chilli seeds of 10 different doses along with one respective control. Seeds were treated with 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 kR of gamma rays and 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mM of ethyl methanesulfonate. The M1 generation was produced from these mutagen treated seeds. Several unique and int...
متن کاملApplication of Nitrogen and Potassium efficiency on the growth and yield of chilli Capsicum annuum L
Chilli plants botanically referred to as genus Capsicum is the member of Solananceae family. It is the native to the Tropical South America and Brazil. The genus Capsicum consists of about 20species and only four species are under cultivation, out of which C. pendulum and C. pubescens are restricted to the South and Central America. The other two species such as C. annuum and C. frutescens are ...
متن کاملGenotoxicity Effect of Ethyl Methanesulfonate on Root Tip Cells of Chilli (Capsicum annuum L.)
Ethyl methanesulfonate is a synthetic compound widely used as a mutagen, teratogen and brain carcinogen and as a research chemical. While, the toxicity and carcinogenicity of ethyl methanesulfonate on humans and animals have been studied, less is known about its genotoxicity to plants. In this study, the genotoxic effects of ethyl methanesulfonate were investigated with growing chilli seedlings...
متن کاملNon-Destructive Quality Evaluation of Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) Seeds Using LED-Induced Hyperspectral Reflectance Imaging
In this study, we developed a viability evaluation method for pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) seeds based on hyperspectral reflectance imaging. The reflectance spectra of pepper seeds in the 400-700 nm range are collected from hyperspectral reflectance images obtained using blue, green, and red LED illumination. A partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model is developed to classify v...
